Liquidations

When a loan length has exceeded its duration with an outstanding debt balance, any actor may trigger a liquidation on the underlying collateral for a liquidation fee. The NFT is sent to a 72-hour Dutch auction through Seaport, and the LienToken for the auctioned asset is frozen. The initial auction price is determined by the liquidationInitialAsk of the liquidated lien.
